SHIPPING RATES

The STANDARD shipping method is by USPS for domestic.
Standard shipping packages should arrive within 3-7 days after shipped.
​A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
NOTE: Tiffany's Closet IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURRIER.
PROCESSING
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 -4 business days after placing your order for processing.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to the sender Tiffany's Closet due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification
with the tracking information.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds.
We only exchange damaged pieces. The client has 5 days after receiving the package to claim the damaged piece. The client must send us pictures via direct message or email (tiffanysclosets1@yahoo.com) so we can make a review.
